Refund Policy

MemoHoney Refund Policy: the window, the steps and the two waits

The seller's money-back window runs 60 days from the date of purchase and includes opened bottles. A refund is opened by telephone with the order ID, the return travels at the buyer's cost, processing takes three to five business days from receipt and the card takes a further five to ten. The website email cannot open a refund.

Every term in full, in the order you will need them.

The terms

The MemoHoney refund window

Nine rows, and the second is the one that surprises people.

TermWhat applies
Length60 days from the date of purchase.
Start dateThe purchase date, not the delivery date. A week in transit is a week of the window.
Opened bottlesIncluded. The seal does not have to be intact.
Partial packsA six-pack with two bottles used is still a refundable order inside the window. Return everything, opened and unopened.
Return postageThe buyer's cost. Use a tracked service.
Restocking feeNone is published for this product.
ProcessingThree to five business days from the return being received.
Card refundAnother five to ten days after that, at your issuer's pace.
Where to startBy telephone on +1 (302) 200-3480, with the order ID.

Terms as published by the seller. If the seller's own wording and this page ever differ, the seller's wording governs and this page will be corrected.

How to claim

The five steps to a MemoHoney refund

In order. The first one is the one people get wrong.

Telephone the order desk and give your order ID

The number is on your order email and in the footer of every page here. The website address is a different inbox and cannot see an order, so it cannot open a refund.

Ask for a return authorisation and the return address before you post anything

A parcel that arrives unannounced can be refused, and a refused parcel is the slowest way this goes wrong.

Put your full name, your email and the order ID inside the box

Bottles and nothing else is how a return becomes anonymous, and an anonymous parcel is the single commonest reason a refund stalls.

Post it with tracking, at your own cost

Return postage belongs to the buyer. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.

Allow 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card

Count them as two queues, not one. The desk controls the first; the card issuer controls the second and will not be hurried.

The mistake that costs the most time

Sending a refund request to contact@Memoqhoney.com. That inbox handles pages, typos, corrections, privacy and press. Orders are invisible to it, so anything sent there is passed along by hand and the answer comes back days after a telephone call would have settled it. Refunds begin on +1 (302) 200-3480.

The limits

What a MemoHoney refund does not cover

Six exclusions, five of which one telephone call prevents.

  • Return postage, which is the buyer's cost on every order including international ones.
  • Orders placed anywhere other than the seller's own checkout. A marketplace purchase is governed by that marketplace's policy.
  • A claim opened after the window closes. A telephone call on day 61 is a call the desk cannot act on.
  • Any promise about the product's effect. A money-back window is a purchase term, not a clinical one.
  • A parcel returned without a return authorisation, which can be refused at the door.
  • A return posted with no name, email or order ID inside the box, which is the commonest reason a refund sits waiting for somebody to work out whose it is.

Five of those six are avoidable by making one telephone call before finding a box. The sixth, return postage, is the standard arrangement across this whole category and is worth factoring into which pack you buy first: the guarantee page explains why the two-bottle pack is the one whose supply and window are the same length.

Before dispatch

Cancelling or changing a MemoHoney order before it ships

Five situations, and the answer is the telephone in four of them.

WhenWhat is possibleHow
Within an hour of orderingUsually a full cancellation before the pack is pickedTelephone +1 (302) 200-3480 immediately with the order ID.
Before dispatchAn address change, or a change of pack sizeTelephone the order desk. Email is slower and dispatch is quick.
After dispatchNot a cancellation. It becomes a return.Let it arrive, then follow the five steps above.
Marked delivered but never arrivedA carrier investigation firstThe carrier, then the order desk, with the tracking number.
Duplicate order by mistakeUsually cancellable if it has not shippedTelephone with both order IDs and say which to keep.

General handling. The order desk is the authority on what can be changed and when.

Addresses

Where MemoHoney returns are sent

Two addresses, one authorisation, and what goes in the box.

Returns address: 300 Park Avenue, Floor 17, New York, NY 10022, USA

Office address: 1500 Broadway, Floor 6, New York, NY 10036, USA

Those are two different addresses and they do different jobs. Do not post a return to the office, and do not post anything to the returns address without a return authorisation from the order desk first. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is the slowest way a refund goes wrong.

Put your full name, the email address you ordered with and the order ID on a sheet of paper inside the box. Use a tracked service. Keep the tracking number somewhere you can find it until the money is on the card, because the tracking number is the evidence that the return arrived.

The two waits at the end

Three to five business days for the desk to process the return once it is received, and then five to ten days for the money to appear on the card. The second wait belongs to your bank and nobody at this desk or the seller's can shorten it. A refund that has been processed but has not appeared is almost always sitting in that second window.

Rights and terms

How the MemoHoney window compares with a statutory right

Six situations, two kinds of claim, and why the difference matters on the first call.

A money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial term. It sits on top of whatever rights a buyer already has by law, and it does not replace them.

In the United States those statutory rights vary by state and generally cover goods that are faulty, that are not what was described, or that were charged for without authorisation. A sixty-day change-of-mind window is broader than any of those, which is the point of offering one: most change-of-mind returns have no legal backing at all.

The practical consequence is that the two routes are different conversations. A bottle that arrived damaged, a pack that was not what the page described, or a charge you did not make is a fault claim and it does not depend on the sixty days. A bottle you simply decided against is a change-of-mind return and it does. Saying which one you are making, on the first telephone call, is the fastest way to get the right answer.

What happenedWhich routeDoes the 60 days apply?
Bottles arrived brokenA fault claimTelephone regardless of the day count, with photographs.
Wrong pack was sentA fault claimSame. This is a fulfilment error rather than a return.
A charge you did not authoriseYour card issuer, and the order deskNot a return at all. Raise it with both.
You changed your mindA change-of-mind returnYes. This is exactly what the window is for.
It did not suit youA change-of-mind returnYes, and opened bottles are included.
You reacted to itA change-of-mind return, plus a reportYes, and telephone so it is recorded against the lot.

Which conversation to have on the first call. The seller's published terms govern the second column.

Common cases

MemoHoney refund questions this desk is asked

Six questions that arrive on the telephone here.

QuestionAnswer
Can I return two bottles of a six-pack?Return the whole order, opened and unopened, inside the window. Partial returns of individual bottles are not how the policy is written.
Do I need the original box?No. Anything that gets the bottles there intact is fine, though a box you kept is a box you will actually use.
I bought it as a gift. Can the recipient claim? The refund goes back to the card that paid, so the buyer has to make the call with their own order ID.
It is day 58 and my return will arrive late.Open the claim by telephone today. The call is what starts the process; the parcel can follow.
I reacted to it in week one.An ordinary refund. Telephone, say what happened so it is recorded against the lot, and follow the five steps.
Will I be charged for the free shipping I received? No deduction for shipping is published for this product. The published cost to the buyer is the return postage only.
