Do not post a return to the returns address without a return authorisation from the order desk first. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is the slowest way a refund goes wrong.

Lead with the order ID, or say there isn't one
Every order question begins with the ID from your order email. If you are writing about a page on this website rather than an order, say so in the first line: it routes the message correctly and saves a reply asking.
Say what you want to happen
A refund, a replacement, a redirected parcel, a correction on a page. A message describing a problem without naming an outcome takes two exchanges to resolve rather than one.
Give the dates

Attach the photographs now, not later
